The Hacking Arts festival features speakers, panels and performers that combine art and technology in immersive and innovative ways.


Come hear heavyweights in creative industries and technology talk about innovations in their field and how their work focuses on cross-disciplinary innovation. Examples of past speakers from 2018 include Alex Sarian, Acting Executive Director of the Lincoln Center for Performing Arts, Ed Bilous, Founding Director of Juilliard’s Center for Innovation in the Arts, Angie Kim, President of the Center for Cultural Innovation, and Eli Clark-Davis, Chief Partnerships Officer at Daybreaker.

Our panels explore themes such as Sustainability in Fashion, AI in the Arts, and The Future of Animation in Gaming and Film.



Hacking Arts brings together performers and artists who represent the future of their field. Performers from 2018 included Billy Dean Thomas, NEON BLK, and the Reciprocity Collaborative.


Hacking Arts engages participants with interactive workshops that allow festival participants to engage hands-on with creative technology and showcases innovations that bring together creative industries and technology. Some of our participants from last year include Google Cloud, David Parsons and Rita Blit, and Velodyne Lidar.
